Internal Account Manager
Leeds
£16,000 - £20,000 (DOE) + OTE £30k+
I am currently working with a well established, growing organisation that are looking to increase their team of Internal Account Managers. The company operate within the IT and Telecoms sector and due to planned growth and continued success, they are looking to add a successful Internal Account Manager to the team.
THE ROLE
Within this role, you will be responsible for managing a number of existing customer accounts. You must maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, working towards targets through up-selling and cross-selling company services. You will also be highlighting and acquiring any leads for potential further business with new customers.
YOU WILL NEED
For this role, you will need:
* B2B Sales Experience
* Ideally knowledge within Telecoms / IT
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Drive / Ambition
* You should also have good time keeping skills for this role
IN RETURN
In return for your skills as an Internal Account Manager, there is an excellent package on offer including:
* Up to £20,000 Basic (DOE)
* OTE of around £30,000 through commission scheme
* No shift / evening work
