Change are currently a high profile Financial Services Client, based in Edinburgh City Centre, to recruit a Team Leader for their Processing Team. Looking after and reviewing the work of a small team in the delivery of invoice preparation and processing, the successful applicant will be able to draw from a wealth of experience in allocating team work load and reviewing of more complex items as required. This role will take a lead in the shaping of the function and the controls and processes around this to ensure a best in class service. Core skills for the role will include;

- Management of a small team of staff and working with them to review and assist with escalated queries
- Lead on process review and controls used by the team, looking for enhancements where possible
- Cash management to ensure funding and payments processed without issue
- Review of payments to clients and ensuring accuracy with internal and external rules and standards
- Preparation of client invoices and ensuring accuracy of items, additionally the set up of new clients on internal systems
- Preparing payments in currencies for UK and Overseas entities
- Sign off of payment schedule and oversight of exceptional payment items

Applicants for the role will be comfortable managing a complex supplier payment process and be able to demonstrate where, in the past, they have looked to automate and improve controls around this. Exposure to overseas payments would be of benefit but isn't essential to be considered.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 - DOE + Excellent benefits package
