Are you an experienced and qualified maintenance manager on the hunt for a brand new technically challenging and diverse position? Do you want to put your stamp on a pioneering food business? Are you capable of inspiring and encouraging a team of engineers?

Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a reputable food manufacturer situated around the Derbyshire area. Our client takes pride in offering clear paths for progression and devote their time in the development of their people.

With continued investment on site, there is always plenty of projects to get your teeth stuck into and no two days are ever the same.

You will be responsible for managing, motivating and supporting a team of multi-skilled engineers. You will be involved in monitoring KPIs, training and recruiting as well as assisting with the engineering financial budget set for the department.

The successful candidate will be apprentice trained in either mechanical or electrical engineering and have experience working in a food/FMCG environment. You will have a solid track record of management with examples of improving engineering performance. Six Sigma / 5S / Kaizen will also be beneficial for this vacancy.
