Data Engineer

iCobus Ltd is a specialist ICT, Telecoms & Structured Cabling Employment Business, currently recruiting for the following:

Requirement: 2x Data Engineers
Location: Aberdeen
Start Date: 1st Feb
Duration: 5 days
Start Time Monday - Friday at 07:30
Rate: £130.00 per day

You MUST have the following for this contract:

* ECS Card or CSCS Card

* IPAF License

* Full 5-point PPE (Hard hat, High Vis vest, Safty boots, safety glasses & gloves)

* All hand tools and terminating tools (110 punch down, Krone Tool, ModTap tester)

* 2 years min experience installing, terminating and testing Structured Cabling Cat6, Cat6A, etc

Not essential, but good tickets to have are:

* SSSTS / SMSTS / IPAF / PASMA / CNCI / Confined Spaces

Job Description:

* Installing PVC and Galvanised Trunking and Conduit

* Installing Terminating and testing Cat6 and Cat6A Data Cabling

* Testing CAT6A Structured Cabling using a Fluke tester

* Installing Fibre Optic Cables

* Labelling data cables, patch panels and floor outlets

* Carrying out any tasks as requested by our client on site
