Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable company in Forest Row who are in search of an Accounts Assistant on a maternity cover basis.
This person will ideally have a strong Credit Control and Sales Ledger background
Duties include, but not limited to :

This person will ideally have a strong Credit Control and Sales Ledger background
- Circa 5 years Accounts experience in a busy, professional services environment
- Degree level education or financial qualifications
- Must have Sage 50 Accounts experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Excel
- Team player and fast learner with a flexible and approach to their work
Duties include, but not limited to :
- Drafting and issuing of sales invoices
- Credit control and maintaining strong client relationships
- Liaising with Project Engineers and Directors
- Update and analysis of project financial performance
- Processing Purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting the team as required
Benefits :
- Salary: £22K
- 26 days holiday per year

- Hours: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) 08:30 to 17.30 with one hour for lunch
