Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable company in Forest Row who are in search of an Accounts Assistant on a maternity cover basis.

This person will ideally have a strong Credit Control and Sales Ledger background
  • Circa 5 years Accounts experience in a busy, professional services environment
  • Degree level education or financial qualifications
  • Must have Sage 50 Accounts experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel
  • Team player and fast learner with a flexible and approach to their work

Duties include, but not limited to :
  • Drafting and issuing of sales invoices
  • Credit control and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Liaising with Project Engineers and Directors
  • Update and analysis of project financial performance
  • Processing Purchase invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supporting the team as required

  • Hours: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) 08:30 to 17.30 with one hour for lunch

Location: Forest Row, some remote working likely initially
