We want a proven retailer who has worked to a high level as an Area Manager or a Store Manager and can bring knowledge, focus and experience to the company.
We are looking to recruit an established Store Manager level retailer who can demonstrate excellent leadership skills and has had extensive experience in developing and coaching colleagues to deliver a unique customer journey that leaves the customer with a lasting impression. This role will be predominantly based in the Bristol area. You will need your own transport and and a full driving licence.
With a background in assisted sales, fashion, luxury or customer focused retail stores, you will be able to provide guidance to your team, develop their skills and be responsible for ensuring they deliver and outstanding experience for customers.

Retail experience in operational roles or positions that are fast paced

As a Retail Leader, you will live and breathe service standards and be able to work closely with users to share your vision and ensure this is delivered We want a Store Manager with drive, energy and personality, this role is ever changing and we need a leader who can adapt and thrive! You will be superb motivator, use your enthusiasm and character to instil your team with the right attitude all day, every day.
The Senior Store Manager level candidate will need to have experience of attracting, developing and leading a diverse team, our client's philosophy suits open minded and inclusive leaders. We don't obsess over KPI's, but having a command across all business areas is important.
