  1. 1.Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

    Venn Group are currently working with an organisation in the Liverpool area to recruit a Service Desk Analyst on an initial 3 Month rolling contracted job.

    2. Job Specification:

    Handling calls and queries as part of a busy service desk

    •Supporting large volume of users

    •Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to clients

    •Taking responsibility of point of call resolution, telephone, email and remote support services, and backup management

    •Working closely with the field engineering team to resolve issues

    •Managing open tickets

    •Preparing ticket reports and maintaining ownership of assigned support cases

    •Role will have the option of working from home, COVID workplace assessment is conducted and PPE provided
