IT Support Engineer

I am looking for an experienced IT Engineer who is capable of taking responsibility of business critical systems and provide support across the UK, EU and USA.

The most important skills for this role would be a good understanding of IT systems, a confident appreance with high communication skills and patience whilst dealing with users outside of the UK. The ability to manage your own workload and work without supervision is essential as your manager will be based in Poland.

This contract will be half days, so you will either work mornings or afternoons.

Core Tasks:

• 1st Line support of Windows 10 and Office 2016
• Escalation of 2nd Line issues (Windows/Network Admin and SAP Support)
• Ticketing Systems
• Basic GSM and RF Gun administration
• AD Administration
• SQL backup and database restore
