A leading software house in London are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to help keep their development teams focused on continuously delivering the highest value to their products evolution. The Agile Delivery Manager will effectively operate as a Scrum Master across many self-organising teams, combining with Project Management skills to identify delivery/implementation risks and release plans.

Part of your remit as the Agile Delivery Manager will be to build a trusting environment where delivery is a team commitment and build up new teams and coach team members on how to apply internal methodology. The Agile Delivery Manager will collaborate with Delivery Managers in other locations, regarding future deliverables and product roadmap. The Successful Agile Delivery Manager will be managing a team of 6-7 people and managing tight resource constraints.

Agile Delivery Manager Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with common Agile practices and able to adapt the methodology to the specific project context.
• A minimum of 3 years in delivering software throughout its full life cycle.
• Previous experience in Scrum Master or Project Manager (Technical Software) roles.
• Ability to identify and manager risk.
• A good understanding of all disciplines involved in a software development process.
