Following input from external consultants to help develop a new Digital Strategy for Southdown, in 2021 we will be launching an exciting and ambitious programme of change to connect, empower, upskill and upgrade business systems and resources across the organisation.
We need a highly motivated individual to lead on delivery of this strategy. You should have experience of managing and delivering complex programmes of change using best practice tools and processes, ideally with experience of ICT and digital projects.
Reporting directly to Southdown's Chief Executive and working closely with the Head of ICT and other senior colleagues, they will hold responsibility for the coordination of the programme, overseeing direction and implementation of projects and other transformation initiatives, as well as establishing a new Digital Support Team to oversee coordination and management of existing dedicated business applications.
Southdown is an agile and robust not-for-profit organisation whose core purpose is to provide quality and caring support services to over 10,000 vulnerable clients a year across Sussex.
