Job Details

We are seeking to appoint two skilled, enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Behaviour Support Assistants. You will provide mentoring to a caseload of students; working with small groups and individuals in a variety of settings; teaching and supporting students so that they can access the curriculum and learning for a range of subjects supporting the education and welfare of pupils. You will work in collaboration with class teachers and/or line managers ensuring due regard of the school's aims and objectives. There may be opportunities for additional responsibilities within the department. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the development of the school as we continue to successfully raise standards.

What we need?
  • Experience of successfully working with identified disaffected pupils
  • Experience of monitoring and recording progress of learners
  • Education to degree level or equivalent relevant experience
