A Primary school we work closely with in the WF4 area in Wakefield are looking to hire a Class 6 Teachers. The successful candidate is due to start the Teaching role March 2021 until December 2021 to cover maternity leave.

This post is currently a long-term role for 9 months however, there may be the opportunity for a permanent position at the end of the post. This is a GOOD graded school by Ofsted and are on their way to achieve OUTSTANDING over the next 12 months.

Location- Wakefield (WF4)

Start date - Match 2021

Pay - £120 - £160 per day (depending on experience)

Full time - 8:30am - 04:00pm

Long-term - 9 months (potential to go permanent)

This role would involve settling in and immediately as this time is more crucial than ever before due to the unfortunate amount of learning time which the children have lost due to the school closure from the pandemic. Ideally the candidate would be a teacher with experience in preparing for and administering KS2 SATs, with in-depth knowledge of the curriculum and a track record of raising attainment.

To be eligible for any teaching job with Teaching Personnel, you must
  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
  • Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional child related references
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
