Edward Mann are currently working with a listed international business located in Leicester who are looking for a new Accounts Payable Team Leader to join their team.
This business is at the forefront of their market and have a strong structure in place for the next 5 years to grow.
This position will work closely with the Purchase ledger Manager to carry out the regular processes and procedures of the Department and to implement process improvements.
- Oversee team of c.8 Purchase Ledger Clerks
- Ensure best practice is in place and continually see to drive process improvements
- KPI reporting
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and continue to maintain essential supplier relationships
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- To motivate, inspire and lead the team into further success with a positive and energetic approach, as well as providing training on new processes and approaches
