Service Engineer - South of UK
Salary: Up to £36,000 plus bonus, overtime and benefits
Based upon a 40hr week.
The Company:
A world leading manufacturer or LV/MV Electrification products and systems.
The Role:
Responsible for the installation/commissioning, repair and servicing of Electrification products and systems
This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated team player who will be empowered to have a good level of autonomy in their role. The position will provide great prospects for career progression with the right demonstration of performance. Full training and mentoring will be given as part of a structured development programme as well as role specific development.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Delivering the site based activities relating to the MV, LV and EV equipment Service portfolio
+ To work safely and in full compliance at all times and on all occasions.
+ To ensure compliance with Quality Management System, Safety Procedures and Accountancy Policies
+ To produce high quality recommendations and documentation/reports following site activities
+ To proactively spot and report on opportunities identified on sites
+ Working efficiently to reduce costs on projects
+ Working to deadlines with the minimum of supervision.
Key Skills / Experience:
+ Medium Voltage Electrical distribution experience
+ Minimum - Completed Electrical apprenticeship or relevant electrical qualification. i.e. C&G, HNC/D, BTech etc.
+ Strong background in the Power systems sector
+ Demonstrate excellent customer focus.
+ Strong people skills
+ National Safety Passport
+ Good understanding of current H&S legislation
