Account Manager - Integrated Agency - Manchester - £30,000
Working with client across B2B and B2C sectors including retail and wellness, you'll be building strong, trusted client relationships and help devise creative and strategic recommendations for your client base, always on hand for client recommendations, spotting new opportunities and working well with the client services team to deliver a first-class service.We are looking for an experienced Account Manager from an Agency background, who is able to:
- Update clients with project developments, managing their expectations and delivering a high level of service
- Offer relevant solutions through insight and understanding of the clients' business and requirements, their industry and creative and production processes
- Manage multiple projects at once, enabling the best possible outcome for your client and the agency itself
- Present campaign ideas and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
- Keep on track of budgets and spent
