Project Manager

My client is a high growth innovative fintech business looking for a Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a new program delivery team and play a pivotal role in a business.

This role will allow you to progress your career, work autonomously and have significant impact in a fast-paced growing business. This person will be able to work across all business functions including technical change and third parties

Although the office is based in the north west this role will be based remotely and therefore flexible on the location of applicants.

The desired candidate would have the following key requirements:

Experience across the project lifecycle, from concept through to delivery

Experience managing multiple projects, with various workstreams at different stages, to time, quality and to budget

Excellent people and communication skills at all levels of the business

Hold regular project meetings with key stakeholders and action owners to facilitate rapid delivery

Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing business priorities

Ability to forward plan, anticipate risks and adapt across workstreams

Focus on meeting deadlines, problem-solving and leading others to deliver change

Feed into the Head of Program Delivery for project updates incl. monthly and weekly status reports

Review project performance and suggest lessons learned to future projects

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:

Experience working on large or complex projects & programmes

Proven ability to deliver business solutions for programmes / projects, balancing time, cost and quality

Ability to work independently of day to day management

Ability to manage and influence stakeholders up to Director level
