Evolve are recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to join an innovative national care provider to join their care home in Northwich. Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Home Manager to build on the homes current 'Good' CQC rating.

Essential Requirements of the Home Manager

* Have three years' experience as a Home Manager within the care sector

* RGN or RMN (active NMC pin) Preferable

* NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Management, or equivalent

* Hold a full UK driving license

Role Responsibilities of the Home Manager

* Provide strong leadership to all team members

* Aid our client in reaching their goals of being one of the best national care providers, through commitment to providing high quality care

* Provide high quality person centered care and be dynamic and driven with clear ambition to develop

* Demonstrate, develop and keep up to date with the regulatory requirements of the Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs and rating characteristics
