Mirai Tech are partnering with an exciting and rapidly growing e-commerce company who are looking to add a PHP Developer to their already impressive team.

The Company

A renowned e-commerce company operating in almost 200 countries across 20 websites. The PHP Developer would be part of a dynamic and close-knit team who, COVID restrictions allowing, enjoy regular socials and grabbing a post-work pint when they can.

The Role

The company are looking for a driven, results-oriented Developer who is passionate about Continuous Integration and has a real eye for detail. The in-house tech team that the PHP Developer would sit within is responsible for building and supporting the bespoke software upon which the entire company is built.

The PHP Developer would be working on a constantly evolving variety of projects: from creating new user-facing website features, to tweaking batch order processing systems and integrating new courier systems.

Key skills:

  • Excellent PHP knowledge
  • Frontend: JavaScript (React, Bootstrap, jQuery), HTML5
  • Linux experience
  • Continuous Integration


Desirable skills:

  • E-commerce experience
  • SQL knowledge
  • Composer and ElasticSearch
  • Cloud tech: GCP & AWS
  • DevOps knowledge: Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible
