Role & Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key institutional clients and distributors
  • Be the point of contact for client requests and queries and to respond to these promptly and accurately, linking in with other functions where necessary to provide a full response
  • Ensure that key client information and documentation is up to date
  • Production of reporting for institutional clients
  • On-board new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
  • Work closely and develop excellent relationships with internal teams including Portfolio Managers, risk, compliance and product
  • Responsible for all change management activity relating to segregated mandates including co-ordination across business areas to ensure changes are delivered to plan and in line with client expectations
  • Off-boarding of segregated accounts - including implementation of off-boarding process and collaboration with other functions to ensure a smooth delivery
  • Have a strong understanding of client portfolios
  • Support the team's marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events and seminars as required

Background & Experience
  • Have a demonstrable track record of working in a Client Services role within an Asset Manager.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and ability to work under pressure/deadlines
  • An interest in financial markets and a range of asset classes
  • Strong system skills, including Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
  • The ability to present to clients and be accountable
