Proposition Development Opportunity
£85,000 to £95,000 plus 30% bonus
The role will involve identifying opportunities for improving what the organisation does for their clients and developing new products.
Ideally candidates will have a financial services background, project management and some proposition development experience.
Key functions
To execute the Best Professional Trustee By Far (BPTBF) work stream of the company strategy.
To execute the Diversification work stream of the company strategy including:
New product development using the Company Product Outline
New product PR
Supporting the BD team with new product sales.
To put in place a process for capturing new ideas from across the business.
To put in place a process for monthly Legislation, Regulation and Consultation Analysis (producing high level summary, opportunity analysis, risk analysis, client risk analysis and PR distribution).
To put in place a process for monthly research review (producing high level summary and data tables as necessary).
To look for and create opportunities to provide more support to our clients.
To support the growth of the business by proactively supporting our new business activities.
To be mindful of the firm's budgets and to assist us to operate within them.
To be mindful of risks to the business and the firm and to mitigate those risks.
To be mindful of the firm's strategy, to be supportive of and to work in a manner consistent with it.
To do ensure that your work whether external or internal is compliant with policies and procedures, rules, regulation, internal and adopted external standards.
To act as an ambassador within the industry.
To work as part of the team for our wider good.
To carry out such other work as is delegated to you.
