Senior Commercial Finance Manager

greenwellgleeson is working in partnership with a fast growing service business. Working at the UK HQ in Central London, my client is looking to recruit an ambitious senior finance professional who will be able to lead a large team tasked with producing the monthly results and presenting them to senior management. You will then be responsible for managing the transactions, analysing performance and work in partnership with the operations and key customers to help drive the business performance and improve margins. Additionally you will help support the strategic direction of the company, support pricing as well as reviewing of commercial terms for new clients. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate leadership and commercial acumen as well as adaptability, tenacity and a strong work ethic. Also excellent communication and analysis skills will be equally important. Finally experience in property management, out sourcing or a contracts led environment would be highly desirable.
