Compliance Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• To maintain the list of regulatory deadlines.
• To monitor updates from Lloyd's, the PRA and FCA.
• To review policies and procedures to ensure they remain compliant with Lloyd's best practice, regulatory requirements, and the internal business requirements.
• To assist with the preparation of papers for Committees, including the Board and Executive Committee.
• To add new joiners to and maintain the Compliance online training platform.
• To prepare correspondence as required (standard letters, TOBAs, etc)

Requirements:

• An understanding of insurance terminology and the Lloyd's market.
• An understanding of the current regulatory environment.
• An understanding of the work of the other departments within an insurance organisation.
• Accurate, diligent, with a strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Appropriate and relevant work experience in an office environment.

Salary: Competitive package, dependent on experience
