My client, a renowned and well-respected insurance firm based in Greater Manchester seek a Commercially minded, MI Manager to join at a time of growth. Following a strong 2020, this year my client are growing their wider analytics function. This role will have a clear route to senior management as the department continues to expand.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Commercial MI Analysts
- Using your previous experience in financial analytics to drive productivity and give insight to the business that will allow for strategic commercial improvement.
- Come up with winning MI strategies, and champion continuous improvement in the analytics department.

Requirements:
- Previous experience of MI Management in a Commercial/Finance setting.
- Experience in leading small teams of Analysts.
- Team management responsibility within a commercial setting.
- SQL Expert
- Experience with reporting tools such as: Tableau or Spotfire.
