My client is an award winning, leading international law firm with a strong global footprint, looking to hire a Recruitment Manager to join the London team on a permanent basis.
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the full recruitment process for fee earners and business support, the key duties will include:
- Manage Recruitment process through entire lifecycle
- Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyse recruitment requirements
- Manage multiple recruitment channels and suppliers
- Support project work
- Develop and improve the candidate experience
- Attend events
- Work closely with the Diversity & Inclusion team
- Manage and oversee two within the Recruitment team
The Recruitment Manager will have excellent academics and significant experience of managing a lateral recruitment lifecycle gained through agency & in-house. The right candidate will ideally have legal experience and will be well organised and articulate. They will have experience working within a global function as well as possessing robust negotiation skills. They will be able to positively impact a team and be able to confidently make decisions, as well as have experience in managing others.
