Job Details

Responsibilities include:
  • Structuring and Execution across a range of structured finance products, mainly on the private side.
  • Term sheet negotiation.
  • Transaction structuring.
  • Leading the deal team for deals with current clients.
  • Negotiating on loan documentation with clients.

Experience Required
  • Relevant experience at a large Bank or Rating Agency.
  • Working knowledge of Structured Finance transactions, in particular ABS and RMBS transactions.
  • Structuring, execution and credit skills.
