Job Details

Teaching Personnel are closely partnered with Local Authorities and SEN services in and around Chichester to deliver 1:1 tuition to pupils awaiting school placements. We have seen an increased demand for qualified teachers to assist young people who are not receiving the right support from mainstream education.

This tuition primarily covers core subjects (English & Maths) from EYFS through to GCSE level. We encourage teachers from all background to apply and experience working with young people in care and SEND is advantageous.

Tuition normally takes place in the home of the young person or at a community setting such as a library during school hours. This role will therefore suit candidates looking to utilise their teaching skills outside of the classroom environment.

This position offers flexibility and is ideal for those wanting to manage their own timetable. Our tuition requests vary from 1 hour to full time support allowing you to commit to either a part time or full time workload.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
