Our client is a highly reputable and well established high street practice looking to recruit a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to provide support in relation to all aspects of a conveyancing transaction. Working as part of a team, the role will involve supporting a residential conveyancer acting for clients in their Cardiff office .

It is therefore essential that you are well versed in dealing with a diverse caseload to include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Registered and unregistered property New builds and shared ownerships This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancing assistant, working with a diverse range of matters without the responsibility of a targeted caseload.
