Job Details

This boutique Legal 500 listed commercial law firm with multiple offices based across the North West & UK Wide are seeking a 2+ Year PQE Solicitor to join their team and work with a Legal 500 listed Partner, whilst also managing your own caseload. You will have the choice of offices to work from and couple this with remote working capabilities.

There is an excellent and broad range of quality corporate work across a wide range of sectors to include corporate transactions, commercial contracts, management buy ins/outs, joint venture agreements, restructuring and partnerships. Clients vary from local SME's through to £multi-million blue chip international clients.

Working alongside an existing team of 5 lawyers split over 2 offices, you will become an integral part of the team right away and will enjoy a lot of direct client contact with key clients of the firm as well as contribute to building the department further by getting actively involved in the business development activities of the firm and the department. You will be working with 2 Partners and Associates, so will fit well into the departments PQE structure and therefore progression opportunities will be afforded to you.

Whilst work is of the highest quality, there is still a traditional feel to this practice and you will have the luxury of working in a relaxed environment that does not feel like your traditional commercial city practice. You'll be working with hands on Partners that will guide you whenever necessary and have a fantastic work/life balance. Remote working is in place, with plenty of staff choosing to work from home on a regular basis.

Salary will be based on PQE level but this firm pay well for their size and can also offer attractive benefits. For further information on this role please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal for a confidential discussion.
