Job Details
Athona is currently recruiting for an ongoing locum Band 6 Children's Continuing Care Nurse Assessor in Buckinghamshire.
The post holder will need to carry out new assessments and reviews of children on the continuing care caseload in line with the Children's Framework, present cases at panel, formulate/update care prescriptions, case management of a caseload, liaison with other professionals and care providers.
Will be remote working so needs to be competent/confident carrying out assessments/reviews etc over Teams. No expectation for travel except on the first day to pick up equipment from the office.
The role is full time.
The successful candidate will be a Registered Children's Nurse, with experience in continued care and will hold a valid NMC registration.
