Nurse Qualified Quality Manager - Regional West Midlands - Up to 45k per annum
Connect4Healthcare are delighted to be working with one our clients to recruit a Nurse Qualified Quality Manager to support care home services in the central midlands region.
Salary up to 45k plus car allowance
You will be required to drive across various sites so a car and driving licence are essential.
The Quality Manager will report to the Regional Director and work closely with the operational management team.
The candidate will need to have robust experience working in a Quality Management position and have examples and proof of good outcomes.
You will be able to plan, organise, liase, conduct inspections across all of our clients settings that are registered with CQC/CIW/Care Inspectorate and adhere to Quality Assurance Policy and Programmes.
For this role as a nurse qualified quality manager you will need to have excellent analytical, clinical, auditing and presentation skills. The ability to complete top quality reports and presentations. Be able to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
You should be a positive, honest and open individual with a constructive approach when inspecting/auditing; delivering the feedback and completing the report; and following up on action plans.
