As a member of the customer support team your key responsibilities will be:
* Providing strong customer support via email and phone
* Managing the projects through to install and after service.
* Management and provisioning of Gamma Horizon Platform
* Responsible for all aspects of scheduling, huint groups, call routing etc.
* Additional duties would be 1st line support for fixed line and broadband services
