We have a fabtastic opportunity to join our client in Andover as an Digital Account Manager.
The role will be focused on client delivery and will be a key part of our client's growth within the Telecoms industry. in-line with the Telecoms strategy.
Provide hands-on client service(s), working closely with the Product and Partnership teams to support expansion of existing telecoms business as well as new project development
Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
Set digital strategies for assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
Set offline strategies for assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
Suggest, design and implement digital strategies to increase both ours and our Clients ROI
Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
Work with Developers to optimise web content to increase traffic and sales, as well as optimising revenue streams
Work with the Marketing team to develop social media strategies to clients
Report on web performance metrics
Analyse, both offline and digital campaign success
Stay up to date with digital technology trends
