1LOD Assurance Lead - Private Banking

The role will include -

Develop a strong partnership with the Private banking teams and specialist understanding of the key risk controls that apply to these LOBs relevant to the overall review.
Collaborate with, guide and counsel Risk Control and LOB partners on control design and implementation to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with, guide and counsel Risk Control and LOB partners on strategic changes to processes and draft and agree procedure changes.

Skills Required :

-Strong experience in risk (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or similar financial services industry experience, of which there must be direct experience in risk
-Proven experience implementing and maintaining effective risk management programs, especially risk controls, within a large complex financial services company.
-Knowledge of global banking regulatory/supervisory frameworks.
