Leaders In Care is looking for an experienced RSCN qualified Children's Community Nurse to join a nationally recognised specialist provider. This community-based role requires a Children's Homecare Nurse to work in the Greater London catchment area, and the position comes with a favourable salary of up to £35,508 p/a.

Working in a close collaborative partnership with local hospital's and NHS services, you will be working for a company that provides a catalogue of care services to patients nationwide, with this particular role mainly focusing on IV therapy administered in the patient's home. As a Children's Homecare Nurse, you will oversee a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 patients a day, providing excellent standards of education and clinical care.

To apply for this Children's Community Nurse job, you will need to be a Registered Sick Children's Nurse with an active NMC PIN and a full UK driving licence. Previous community Nurse experience is desirable but not essential, and experience as a Nurse in the acute setting and competent in the administration of IV treatments would also be beneficial.
