We are expecting to receive the COVID-19 vaccine very soon. When it becomes available, it will be our best defence against the virus alongside effective social distancing, wearing a mask and washing your hands. It will also be key to life returning to normal and doing all the things we miss.
Vaccinating as many Londoners as quickly as possible will require your help.
We are looking for Pharmacist from across the capital to support in delivering the COVID-19 vaccine.
You will be given all appropriate training to be able to deliver the vaccine. We are also looking for people with first aid qualifications.
Where possible, we will seek to ensure paid roles are offered on a flexible basis, including outside of usual working hours to fit in with your other responsibilities. You will be offered appropriate training, supervision and PPE will be provided to ensure your safety, and the safety of others.
Fixed term contracts will be offered on 22.5, 30 or 37.5 hours per week. You must be able to commit to a 6-month placement.
We have multiple roles at different levels available. In any role you will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering a safe and effective service for the mass delivery of COVID-19 vaccinations. If you undertake a clinical supervisory role you will be overseeing a team of Immunisers.
