Job Details

Dental Treatment Co-Ordinator
One of the UK's leading cosmetic dental companies is looking for an outgoing and bubbly individual to join their treatment coordinating team.
Being one of the first people potential patients will meet at the practice, we are looking for a confident and presentable individual who is friendly, empathetic, and great at building rapport.
The role involves building relationships with patients as you guide them through the possible treatment journeys available to them, with the ultimate aim of securing the patient to the practice.
The ideal Dental Treatment Co-Ordinator
* Great computer skills and multi-tasking are essential, as you'll be working in a near-to-paperless company where you will need to be able to accurately create patient documents at the same time as making the fifth patient of the day feel like they're the first to ever visit the practice - and probably whilst chasing up an outstanding query via email at the same time.
* In terms of experience, a dental background would be great and an orthodontic one even better, but no dental background at all can work if you've a track record in healthcare sales, with proven experience in meeting and exceeding targets on a monthly and quarterly basis - we can always train the specifics in dentistry!.
* We're looking for a candidate with bags of enthusiasm and energy, for a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is experienced in managing relationships with clients.
* It's essential that you be used to working in a busy environment, and that you possess the ability to work flexibly including some late nights and weekends.
In return for being the perfect candidate for this, you'll get to work within a great team and for a rapidly expanding company with huge ambitions. The salary will depend on experience with quarterly bonuses dependent on targets, as well as other benefits such as a day off for your birthday, regular staff socials, and a few other perks to boot.
To apply, please attach a CV and ensure to include a valid telephone number and email address which you can be contacted on
