Care Home Manager
£60,00 TO £65,000 + benefits + Great Facilities, Premium provider

We are looking to recruit a manager for 50+ bed care home based in Greater/Central London working with one of the nation's leading Premium Healthcare providers offering Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Respite care.

Applicants should ideally be qualified to a minimum of NVQ (QCF) level 5 or equivalent and have an active PIN, not essential as long as you have experience in running a nursing home.

The successful candidate should have at least three years' experience, Trouble shooting, Turnaround and Challenge at an Home Manager level. They must also show experience in the care of the elderly. It is important that they have a good knowledge of current legislation guidelines and are able to satisfy the criteria for registration with the Care Quality Commission. Competent use of computer essential.

As a Home Manager you will be given responsibility for running all aspects of its operation. That means not only ensuring it's commercial success, but more importantly ensuring quality of care for residents providing both clinical excellence and a compassionate, nurturing environment.
