My client is leading telecoms company, who operate in more than 170 countries across the world. They are currently looking for Mandarin Speaking Operation Analyst Assistant to work out of their new fantastic and new office in London

Responsibilities:

Process order fulfillment and track status to ensure timely delivery according to customer requirement and internal regulation;
Schedule project plan with HQ, check project status and identify project risk.
Produce stock data analysis and initiate stock report based on the PSI Data
Produce weekly delivery report.
Liaison with customers to confirm delivery plan
Review sell-through/sell out data
Manage the forecast with HUB/HQ.
Align monthly forecast with related KAMs and update in APS plan system.
Use WOSP system to check SO status.
Manage monthly and quarterly revenue forecast.
Assist any other affairs and tasks accordinglyRequirements:

1 - 3 years of experience in logistic is preferred.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
