Mandarin speaking E-commerce Service Specialist
My client is leading telecoms company, who operate in more than 170 countries across the world. They are currently looking for Mandarin Speaking Operation Analyst Assistant to work out of their new fantastic and new office in London
Responsible for the layout and business planning of e-commerce service oriented to end consumers.
Responsible for operation management and performance improvement of Ecommerce Service.
Responsible for business communication with contact centre suppliers and third-party e-commerce partners.
Responsible for Ecommerce return business, communicate with logistic and testing suppliers to improve the performance.
Responsible for the problem escalation of UK e-commerce, coordinate the communication between the call centre and the ecommerce business Group team, and promote the problem solving.
Improve and manage e-commerce service KPIs such as satisfaction and FCR and so on.
Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in communication, electronics, e-commerce, computer software, etc.
Applicants with working background in Ecommerce service experience more than 2 year are preferred
Familiar with mobile terminals, interested in this kind of business
Have good ecommerce operation capability and strong data analysis capability.
Understanding the service model and operation process of consumer electronics products is preferred;
