Java Developer

Are you an experienced Software Developer, specialising in modern Java microservices development, looking for their next career challenge?

With ~150 UK based staff, we are a growing provider of Fintech platforms, serving the global financial services community.

You will enjoy working in a flexible, supportive and innovative Development Team, developing applications for a variety of clients. In the main, you will be working on transforming our flagship product/s into several microservices with modern web-based interfaces to compliment the platform.

An Agile approach to software development is used and you will be a crucial part of this process, including both the technical design and implementation of the above.

The role will also involve taking ownership of certain aspects of the domain, engaging with new and existing clients, as well as supporting the Heads of Development with moving the product strategy forward.

Location: Leicester / 100% remote working at the moment; 50% in "normal" times!

Salary: Up to £50K Basic +10% Bonus + Benefits Package

Start date: ASAP / in-line with notice period.

• Modern, microservices based Java Development in Java 8+
• Spring Framework
• REST
• Strong OO Design skills
• Agile environment development experience
