As 3rd Line Support Analyst you will be responsible for the 3rd Line infrastructure support of one of their key Managed Services client. The 3rd Line Support Analyst will have a proven technical support background across infrastructure technology such as Windows Server, Active Directory, vSphere, VMware, Office 365, Exchange, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
Alongside your proven technical ability you will be a outstanding communicator with a "get it done" attitude and willingness to muck in when and where needed.
