I am recruiting for an exciting HRIS Workday Assistant role with a successful management consultancy based in London - a great opportunity to be part of a HRIS team with an aim to introduce new initiatives and strategies!

Your main reponsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Support with system testing

- Ensure all data is accurate and up to date

- Assist with the development of new initiatives for the HRIS function

- Provide monthly reports related to HR metrics

- Support with adhoc HRIS projects

The ideal candidate will:

- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel

- Proven HRIS experience, preferably Workday

- Ability to work with limited supervision

- Proven reporting experience

- Strong stakeholder management skills
