Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a leading organisation on a new Resourcing Diversity Equality & Inclusion Manager role. The business are just at the start of their journey and they are looking for a special individual who has both managed the resourcing side but can also take the business and leaders through the EDI piece.
This would be an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an individual to be the key contact in providing information, advice and guidance to Senior Leaders, Managers and Staff networks in relation to all DE&I matters for the business. You will be the as the subject matter expert for the business in relation to all matters across Diversity, Equality & Inclusions (DE&I) matters and you will work in partnership with senior managers across the organisation on the implementation and achievement of strategic and operational objectives.
Alongside this you will be leading 2 Talent Acquisition partners who manage 2 very busy areas of resourcing for the business. Reporting to the Head of Talent you yourself will be involved in managing direct souring for a niche specialist part of the business, all time whilst building the resourcing strategy for the separate divisions.
You will be working in a customer-focussed service led environment by dealing with a broad range of DE&I issues at both strategic and operational level.
About the role and you :
·You will need to have proven experience working in an DE&I role in a large complex organisation, ideally in a senior position
·A background in Resourcing/Talent will be essential and the confidence to lead a team.
·Significant experience working Developing and implementing DE&I strategies, policies and procedures which add value to the organization
·An ability to think laterally and creatively to develop innovative DE&I content and events
·Knowledge of current issues within the sector e.g. major legislative changes, delivery models
·Ability to analyse information to develop strategy to improve the forces DE&I approach
·Ability to plan and implement strategies, plan and complex projects
·Highly effective communication skills including the ability to lead and chair meetings and present confidently on all areas of DE&I
