Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply teaching support team to work at a primary school in Worksop. The role is to work on a part-time basis helping to support in the Key Stage 2 department, providing general classroom support.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
The school / setting
The desired Level 3 Teaching Assistants will be working in a local primary school in Worksop. The desired person would need to have a caring, nurturing and encouraging approach. Experience with SEND would also be beneficial for this role. The role is due to start after February half term on an on-going basis.
To be considered for the position of Teaching Assistant, you will:
Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary environment.
Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
Ideally have experience delivering primary lessons.
