Joining as part of the Payroll team you will be providing a highly professional service whilst ensuring efficient and reliable payroll processes, as well as any associated tasks and procedures.
As the Payroll officer your duties will include:
Payroll & expense processing for employees using bespoke company systems
Timesheet processing and record keeping
Expense account administration
Data entry onto payroll system
Ensuring all statutory payroll requirements are met
Managing and resolving HMRC queries
Producing and maintaining records including sickness and overtime
Maintaining personnel records
Other duties as required
We would love to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous demonstrable experience in Payroll (minimum 12 months)
Educated to A Level standard or above
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, payroll databases
A current valid driver's license
The ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Happy to work independently and with minimal supervision

This role will be based in Bangor, Gwynedd working 39.75 hours per week offering 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays. However there will be flexibility around working hours and possibility of some remote working on a weekly basis.
