An Australian Charity in Central London are looking for a Marketing Assistant on a Permanent basis to join their team.
A hard-working and motivated Marketing Assistant is needed for an Australian Charity to help support all marketing and membership services duties.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant includes:
Reguarly updating and posting engaging content both on the business website and on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter. Liaising with Members and Partners alongside our Member Engagement Manager to ensure strong content for media channels. Working alongside the Events coordinator to help create engaging events and communications Creating high quality marketing collateral and maintaining brand consistency. Assiting with the membership renewal cycle and input membership information in our CRM system Sharing member content and measuring member data Helping with any other research of adhoc administration duties
Key Requirements of the Marketing Assistant includes:
Proficiency and confidence with a number of systems such as MS Office, Mailchimp and Highrise An interest in Australia or Australian culture Experience with social media management Experience assisting with events Previous experience dealing with either memberships, customers or subscribers in a marketing based position
