Your new role
In your new role as Business Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for all continuous improvement activities on site, introducing new technology into the business following in-depth feasibility studies and to champion process safety management.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this Business Improvement Manager role, you will have prior experience in an improvement based capacity with senior responsibilities, ideally within a chemical or process manufacturing environment. Alongside this, any Project Management and Six Sigma qualifications would benefit your application.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience and qualifications. This position will ensure job security, job satisfaction and provide exposure to a fast-paced and engaging facility.
