This is a great client, really friendly and nice to work for. Would suit Call Centre, Telesales, Account Managers etc

SF Recruitment are working with a fantastic wholesale company based in the Wolverhampton area. They are looking for an Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is £18500 per annum.

Day to Day Responsibilities include:

- Working with 50% existing and 50% new clients to develop revenue
- To ensure that budgeted sales and margin levels are achieved.
- Developing existing customers to maximise revenue.
- Interpreting customer's requirements and presenting them with a solution.
- Building new business relationships.
- Making outbound calls to generate business with potential customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is achieved.
- Ensure that appropriate level of technical product knowledge is maintained.
- Order processing & all administrative tasks

The ideal person will be/have:

- Previous experience in a similar position in a B2B product lead business
- Good organisational skills.
- Must possess the ability to manage internal relationships and represent both a consultative and proactive approach to Account Management
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Possess a professional manner.
- Commercial awareness.
