Project Manager

Northreach have partnered exclusively with a growing software and business change consultancy in their search for an experienced and technically minded Project Manager to work on a range of business change projects and technical delivery projects.

The Main Responsibilities:

* To manage the full lifecycle of complex data, analytics and automation projects

* Deliver projects being held to key factors - time, cost, and quality

* Take full ownership of issues and risks to resolution

* Manage and establish relationships with key technical resources both internal and external, to work collaboratively in the delivery of project scope

* Present updates with client projects boards

* To understand technical concepts and be able to explain them to business stakeholders, both technical and non-technical

* Identify opportunities within clients and ensure their successful transition to self service

* Manage all aspects of project delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management and customer satisfaction

The Main Experience:

* Proven track record of delivering key transformations and change projects, ideally automation and technology driven

* Ideally coming from a consultancy background, or experience working across multiple clients on multiple clients

* A background in a technical discipline such as software development, data analytics or robotic process automation

* Experience in full software life-cycles

* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership
