Job overview: To answer technical support queries and help resolve them at their first point of contact
Answering the technical support line
Trying to resolve the issues at the first point of contact, escalating where necessary
Supporting end users with application training
Following set processes / steps to resolve technical issues and diagnose software issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven experience within a technical support role
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System
A strong understanding of various hardware / software diagnostics
Have the ability to explain technical issues in a none technical way
Have compassion and empathy whilst delivering excellent customer service
Has the ability to prioritise workloadWhat is in it for you?
This is a full time permanent position, salary £18,500 - £19,500
